MONDAY

Musical Theater Dance (Ages 10+)

4:30PM - 5:30PM

This one hour class will begin with a thorough warm up/stretch to soundtracks from Broadway musicals and movies.  Warm up will be followed by center ballet barre, leap/turn/jump progressions center and across the floor and broadway jazz style routines choreographed to broadway show hits.  Beginner-Advanced Musical Theater performers strongly encouraged.  Soft sole jazz shoes, turners, foot paws, bare feet are all appropriate for this class

Intermediate Tap (2 years tap required - Ages 10+)

This one hour class will focus on strengthening the fundamentals of tap technique and applying them to high intensity Broadway and rhythm style routines.  Beginner-advanced tappers welcome.  Musical theater performers who want to learn to tap strongly encouraged.  Tap shoes with tele-tone or comparable quality taps required.  Flat taps with wood lift suggested for toe stands/wings.

Adult Tap

Share the joy of dance with your little one in this fun, interactive class designed for young children and their favorite grown-up. Through creative movement, basic ballet steps, music, and imaginative play, children will develop coordination, balance, listening skills, and confidence while creating special memories together. This class provides a warm, encouraging introduction to dance in a playful and supportive environment.

Ballet/Tap Combo (Age 4) - FULL YEAR

11AM - 11:45AM

This 45 minute class is designed to introduce pre school age students to both ballet (the foundation of all dance genres) and tap dance.  Students will learn fundamental ballet technique including ballet positions, posture, basic choreography and jumps for 30 minutes.  With the help of Miss Pam and her assistant, students will change into their tap shoes for a 10-15 minute session dedicated to introductory tap technique and basic routines.  Ballet and tap shoes required.  Tap shoes with elastic preferred.  Special Parent observation days will take place twice per session.

Adult Tap

Whether you’re returning to tap after years away or trying it for the first time, this welcoming class is designed for adult dancers of all experience levels. Build rhythm, coordination, balance, and confidence while learning tap technique in a fun, supportive environment. Classes include a warm-up, technique exercises, and musical theater-inspired combinations that help you develop skill, stay active, and enjoy the joy of making music with your feet.

Tap (Ages 7-11)

This energetic class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of tap while continuing to build technique, rhythm, coordination, and musicality. Students will develop clear sounds, strong timing, and proper tap vocabulary through fun exercises, across-the-floor combinations, and age-appropriate choreography. As dancers grow in confidence and skill, they’ll discover how tap combines music, movement, and performance to create an exciting and expressive dance style.

Jazz/Ballet (Ages 7-11)

This class combines the strength and technique of ballet with the energy and style of jazz, giving young dancers a well-rounded foundation in both disciplines. Students will build flexibility, coordination, balance, musicality, and confidence while learning proper technique. With a focus on artistry, performance, and strong technical development, dancers will continue to grow in a fun and encouraging environment.

This class emphasizes personal growth, artistry, and the joy of dance in a supportive, judgment-free setting.

Musical Theater Studies (Middle School & High School Ages 11-18)

This class helps students expand their theatrical skills and deepen their understanding of the performing arts. Through audition preparation, theater history, acting techniques, character development, scene study, ensemble work, and performance training, students will build confidence, strengthen their stage presence, and grow as versatile performers.

This expressive class blends the grace of ballet with the emotion and storytelling of contemporary dance. Dancers will explore how to connect movement to music, using dynamics, emotion, and fluid technique to bring lyrics to life. Through age-appropriate choreography and guided improvisation, students will build strength, flexibility, and musicality while developing their own unique artistic voice. Each class includes a warm-up, across-the-floor exercises, and a lyrical combination that encourages personal expression and creativity. Perfect for dancers who love to move with feeling and tell stories through motion.

Designed for students with prior tap experience, this class builds the technique, rhythm, and musicality needed to perform with confidence in musical theater. Dancers will strengthen footwork, timing, coordination, and style while learning choreography inspired by Broadway productions. Through a combination of technique exercises, across-the-floor progressions, and performance-based combinations, students will continue developing the precision, artistry, and storytelling skills that bring tap to life on stage.

This class is perfect for dancers with some experience, offering an exciting opportunity to explore choreography from popular Broadway shows. Whether aiming to polish stage presence or simply to enjoy dancing, this class is designed to challenge and inspire.

Dynamic Acting Basics (Middle School & High School Ages 11-18)

This course introduces students to a variety of acting techniques through scene work, monologues, script analysis, and practical performance exercises. As they explore different approaches, students will build a personalized “acting toolbox,” discovering the techniques that best support their individual process.

 

Emphasis is placed on exploration rather than finding a single “right” or “wrong” choice. Students are encouraged to take creative risks, trust their instincts, and develop confidence in their artistic voice. The skills learned are applicable to both stage and screen performance.

 

Working with both comedic and dramatic material, students will be encouraged to select pieces that resonate with them, reinforcing the importance of personal connection, authenticity, and creative ownership in the storytelling process.

Improvisation (Middle School & High School Ages 11-18)

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of improvisation, with a focus on the core principle of “Yes, and…” Through games, exercises, and collaborative scene work, students will create original characters, think on their feet, and strengthen their creativity, confidence, and communication skills.

 

In a supportive, judgment-free environment, students will learn to trust their instincts, embrace creative risks, and make bold, intentional choices. Whether exploring comedy, drama, or a combination of both, students will develop the ability to stay present, listen actively, and work collaboratively, discovering that some of the best moments happen when they fully commit to the unexpected.​​

FRIDAY

Musical Theater Dance For Actors (All Ages)

4PM - 5PM

Designed for performers who want to feel more confident in dance, this class teaches musical theater technique through choreography from Broadway shows. Students will learn combinations inspired by iconic productions while building the fundamentals of alignment, rhythm, style, and performance. No dance experience is required—just a willingness to move and grow.

Ballet (Ages 10+)

5PM - 6:30PM

This class for intermediate/advanced level will focus on strong technical barre warmup for 45 minutes working through the entire body.   At the barre we will mindfully work so the dancer can explore and fine tune their barre work and learn more how their own bodies can make adjustments.

Centre work will be 45 minutes of fun combinations which will include adagio, turns, jumps, leaps, petite allegro, across the floor etc using more complex changes of weight and patterns in the style of ABT.   Her style of teaching is encouraging the dancers to let go and move through each combination trusting in their technique to find the joy in ballet

Contemporary (Ages 10+)

This class is for students ages 10 and up, specifically intermediate/advanced dancers. This class is rooted in the modern release technique that focuses on using breath, muscle relaxation, and gravity to facilitate movement. This contemporary class will allow students to have the ability to deepen their improvisation skills and learn more partnering techniques.

Contemporary dance is an expressive form of the body based on foundational technique, free movement and improvisation. Dancers will learn to communicate and express by manipulating the body, time, rhythm, space, gravity, breath, and energy.

Ballet Basics (Ages 10+)

Build strength, confidence, and a strong technical foundation in this welcoming ballet class designed for fundamental through advanced beginner dancers. Students will focus on proper alignment, posture, turnout, coordination, musicality, and ballet vocabulary while developing clean technique in both barre and center work. Whether you’re new to ballet or looking to refine your technique, this class emphasizes the essential principles that support growth in all styles of dance.

This upbeat combo class introduces young dancers to the elegance of ballet and the energy of jazz! With a balance of structure and fun, this class helps dancers improve coordination, rhythm, and confidence—all while expressing themselves through music and movement.
